AS Events provides bespoke luxury event management, design, wedding planning, destination coordination, and corporate planning services. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for each event will be detailed in a separate signed contract.

3. Event Bookings & Quotations

All quotations are valid for the period specified in the proposal. Bookings are officially confirmed only upon receipt of a signed service agreement and the initial deposit payment.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable as they secure our exclusive services and booking date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility for remaining balances is determined by the schedule in your specific contract.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely decisions, approvals, and accurate information. Failure to meet deadlines or provide access to event-related coordinates may result in delays or additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Use

All designs, concepts, graphics, and materials created by AS Events remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to document events for our professional portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

AS Events is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to Force Majeure events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, venue cancellations, or government regulations. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid.

8. Vendor & Third-Party Services

We may recommend third-party vendors (catering, florists, entertainment). While we coordinate these services, AS Events is not responsible or liable for vendor performance, products, or contract breaches.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is highly valued. Personal details, event planning logs, and guest lists shared with us will be managed securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
